Yes, politics is full of blood-sucking creatures. But where would we be without politics? As Dave pointed out, it is "healthy" for our society.
My dad is very opinionated when it comes to politics, so it is not one of my favorite discussion topics. I'm still interested in the buzz, though. The buzz. buzz....zzzz..zzz BUZZ!

Today is my family's house-aversary.
Yes. Our house-aversary.
It has been a whoppin' nine months since we moved into our very first house!! Woo hoo! Go party! Go music! Go decorations!!!! <:) And party hats!!! But, we also hope to be in our own house one year from now, since we are only renting. We will actually begin house hunting once all of the jolly holidays pass.
Thanks for the sick advice. I decided on two tablets of "non-drowsy" sudafed. Less than half an hour later, I was dead asleep in my bed.
Much better for an hour after I woke up, then back to bad. I'll be taking two more tablets later. Hopefully, that will do the job.
As for my mayo magicness, I had mayonnaise rubbed all over my hair and scalp today by my mom! GROSS, RIGHT????????!!!!!!!?!?!?
Apparently, my mom did that all the time when she was young. Her hair is rather smooth and silky. After letting the mayo sink in and taking a shower, it came out as soft as . . . real strands of silk!

Right now I am eating goldfish crackers. Some may say that they are a "little kid" snack. Finger food for toddlers? I disagree completely. I am most certainly enjoying my goldfish crackers with adorable smiles!
